Description The skf tih 100m is a medium sized induction heater and is designed for the hot mounting of bearings. this compact heater is ideal for use on workbenches and can easily be transported to on-site applications with the optional heater trolley tih t1. the heater is supplied with a swivel yoke and two optional yokes for smaller bearings. the tih 100m can heat small bearings with a bore diameter of just 20 mm and larger bearings with a maximum weight of 120 kg.
Features • supplied with a swivel yoke and two smaller yokes, located in an integrated storage compartment • easy and safe to use with automatic temperature control or time controlled heating • automatic demagnetization reduces risk of bearing contamination • suitable for non-bearing applications for workpieces weighing up to 60 kg • automatic temperature hold function to keep the bearing hot after completion of the heating cycle
